Great Service & Location, but Noisy at Night

Pros: The hotel has the best location — close to everything and very convenient for tours. The breakfast was really good, and the best part is that if you’re leaving early for excursions, they will pack a breakfast for you to take along. The staff are extremely helpful, and their hospitality is amazing. They always make you feel welcome and taken care of.

Cons: The hotel rooms are very noisy, especially at night. The streets outside stay busy even past midnight, so it can be hard to get a good sleep. If you’re a light sleeper, you’ll definitely need earplugs.

Pros: Everything, its location is great, close to Plaza de Armas and the Cathedral. Great breakfast, lovely rooms and helpful staff. Casa Andina seems to be a chain of hotels and they are lovely

Pros: location was perfect, central.. breakfast was good although coffee machine needed refilling often..:) rooms excellent unless you were facing front street and the the local disco became noisy until 3 - 5am...

Pros: The location could not be better. The tour in Cusco is very tiring in the first few days, due to the lack of oxygen. This is the best hotel choice that can be made, in terms of location. The attendants are very friendly.

Cons: I have no complaints or problems to point out.

Excellent location and staff - great value!

Pros: The location near the central square was fantastic. Staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful - both the front desk staff and the breakfast staff. Nice breakfast buffet, with eggs to order. Also liked tea always available.

Cons: My only complaint was that the rooms were a little noisy. I stayed in both internal courtyard (small) and street side (very spacious). On the street side, there is a disco across the street - it was only noisy one night. To be expected street traffic given the location.
