Good location and bedroom but lack in front desk staff communication

Pros: Nice property well maintained, very nice comfortable bedroom

Cons: The staff at the desk has issues with communicating to each other. We missed our early breakfast because they did not communicate and the chap that did our check out said we had no breakfast included when on the reservation is clearly included. This ruined a bit our stay there

Very good experience, superb location, very good value.

Pros: It was very clean, big comfortable bed, bed sheets and towels fresh and clean. Heating, hot water, delicious breakfast. Professional and friendly staff, always ready to assist.

Pros: It was very nice, clean, good location, all good you can imagine…

Cons: I didn’t like that they give us the room 214, that is just hissing for the rest, but that it wasn’t a problem, the problem was that at 5:00-5:30 in the morning they start to work in the kitchen with very loud music, and the kitchen it’s just bellow the room. But it’s open to the “hall” where the room is. I ask to lower the volume because we woke up but I’m not sure the heard me. Anyway, it’s something to improve from the hotel, and to stay aware of. For the rest more than perfect.

Pros: Fabulous staff. They were all very generous with their time going above and beyond to make our stay in Cuzco wonderful. Location was perfect, right in the heart of the city yet tucked away and private.
