One of a lifetime

Pros: Thé service is absolutely stunning. All the staffs that we encountered were thoughtful, friendly and helpful!! The location itself is incredible. Room facilities and breakfast, even the panchitas were flawlessly cute!!!!

Beauitful hotel in the town centre

Pros: We loved our room, we were feeling the affects of altitude so having an oxygenated room was really helpful. The hotel itself is in a beautiful historic building. The breakfast was great and teh location within Cusco meant everything was very walkable.

The greatest experience of our lives

Pros: I have no words to describe what our experience at this hotel was like. I traveled with my mom for four nights, and we had the best experience of our lives. The place is beautiful and perfectly located. From the moment you arrive, everyone greets you kindly with a big smile. The room had an oxygen system to help with acclimatization, which was very thoughtful. My mom experienced altitude sickness, and when we called the reception, they immediately sent a paramedic who provided outstanding care. When it was time to leave, my mom literally cried out of emotion. We will definitely come back.
