Perfect stay in Cusco

Pros: The staff were absolutely wonderful and very kind, especially the ladies at the reception and the gentleman who makes omelets to order. The housekeeping team was impeccable. The hotel is small, tidy, extremely clean, modest yet perfect in every way. The Wi-Fi was excellent, the rooms were spotless, and the breakfast was simple but good and of great quality. The location is the best you could ask for - nothing but words of praise.

Pros: The room was spacious and clean. The staff were attentive and super friendly. The location could not have been better.

Good hotel

Pros: The room is very close to the city center and also something very important, our room was not close to the street, which is something really important in Cusco, because the cars and bars can be sooo loud. Also the hot water worked every single day and I really appreciated that

Cons: Sometimes the room was cold, even with the AC on

Pros: Very kind staff, many of them spoke very good english. The location could not be more perfect! Rooms are big and beds comfortable. We stayed here for 5 nights and we had a wonderful time here. Will visit again!

Cons: Bad wifi in room. All the rest was perfect!

Great location and very comfortable

Pros: The room was very comfortable and it was in a great location. Only 5 minutes to plaza de armas. The room had a small heater which we needed at night. The entry to the hotel also doubles as a clothing shop and the Casa Biru sign is tiny. The hotel is across the road from the Marriott (which might be easier for directions)

Cons: The room only had 1 frosted window so I felt a bit boxed in but I suspect this is the same with all hotels in Cusco given the age of the buildings and how they are all connected. It didn't spoil the stay. Just an observation.
