Loved it all.....

Pros: I honestly liked everything ! Breakfast was full with nice things, the staff super kind and careful with our requests. We had a problem with our phone and the reception has been really helpful in solving the issue... and the position is perfect ! Close to all main attractions but silent and quiet at the same time.... it felt as good as home !

Cons: Nothing to complain... eveything was perfect !

Good value, good location.

Pros: A very cosy and comfortable hotel in a very good location. Friendly staff and nice rooms. Very clean.

Cons: My only complaint would be the fact that my room faced onto the inner courtyard where breakfast was served each morning from 6:00am. But this is a good place to stay in Cusco for the price.

Amazing stay at hotel Cusco plaza Nazarenas

Pros: The location was very good closed to the plaza de arma. People especially the girl from the reception was truly nice and helpful at very time of the day! Rooms were perfect and big enough for the group we were. No noise, and breakfast was also perfect. Nothing to say it was a perfect moment. Thanks to all the staff of the hotel, sincerely!

Good value for your money

Pros: Room was big. Hot water was abundant. Very central location.

Cons: No hair dryer. Breakfast started at 6am, which for me was a little late as almost every tour trip started early. I would love to see them start breakfast at 5:30am. Staff barely speaks and understand English.
