Most central possible, comfortable rooms, decent breakfast

Pros: Great place, beds, room, internet, location perfect.

Cons: Unfortunately it was not possible to organize sightseeing trip because the hotel does not have any tour operator in cooperation

Best location in Cusco - been to Cisco 3-times previously. We stayed in a superior room but make sure you ask for a room

Pros: Location could not be better - right on the Plaza De Armas connected to a Starbucks being a added extra convenience.

Cons: A little noisy at night due to its location but with the windows closed - no problem, no noise

Great central location. The street is noisy, but our rooms were quiet at night.

Pros: The hotel is in an excellent location, right on the main square, and is itself a historic landmark. Everything was clean, and it’s definitely good value for money. I would normally give it an 8, but I’m rating it a 10 thanks to the staff. Luis was the epitome of professionalism — he resolved all our issues quickly and efficiently, and it was a real pleasure to feel his care and genuine wish to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We left feeling truly grateful.

Amazing location,loads of character, very comfortable room.

Pros: It was literally steps away from the plaza in an old Incan palace. Our room was spacious and very comfortable with amazing views out the windows. The breakfast was very good and nutritious. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Nothing that would prevent us from recommending or staying again. Our only suggestion would be ear plugs - our room was above the breakfast room and we were woken early by this.

Pros: Very accommodating. We had a very late/early check in and they ensured it was smooth. Right in the middle of the main Plaza de Amos. Breakfast included.

Pros: Its location was soo central. Loved the upgrade to executive rooms on the first day weee beautiful. The breakfast was lovely and the hot showers. The staff were great too!!!

Cons: Rooms in the courtyard were very noisy.
