Pros: The location of the hotel is amazing, only 50m away from the top corner of the Plaze de Armas. Safe and friendly. The staff were very helpful. Laundry offered. Bag storage provided whilst away on excursions such as 4 day Inca Trail.

Cons: The rooms overlooking the front were noisy from the traffic but my sons slept through it.

Cons: Lack of windows in most rooms gave a slightly sad atmosphere.

Great for the location and the price

Pros: The location. Perfect size. Breakfast provided in the proce, however, given that some trips start very early, could not be utilised. So only had it once when in Cusco.

Cons: The window was facing the courtyard, so the curtains needed to be closed all the time. No heating, but there were additional duvets in the wardrobe. The towels did not dry, given the temperature. Whilst hairdryer was provided on request, you have to give it back every evening, which is not something you want to do after you're in your pijamas.

Suitable short stay in the centro of Cusco

Pros: great location, flexible check-in process (we got there late at night), basic but good breakfast, again basic but comfortable room.

Cons: could have been some oxygen for guests suffering with altitude sickness.

it was comfortable, relaxing, spacious and well maintained offering delicious, healthy breakfasts.

Pros: Perfectly located, caring, friendly and helpful staff.

Great central location, great staff and good breakfast! Good quality for the price.

Pros: Very kind staff! They were kind and had good advice. The location of the hotel is really central! Also there is a great breakfast! The rooms are very comfortable and I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel after my checkout. The staff also were kind and checked me in during the early hours of the morning. I felt very safe there. The best thing about the hotel is the sweet cat! She doesn't bother anyone, but if you see her you are lucky!

Pros: Service for breakfast was excellent especially the attention provided by the two lovely ladies serving! Great service!

Cons: Could use a small refridgerator in the room for juices milk and beer.

Pros: The location is THE best. The staff was also pretty friendly as well
