Very convenient location. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Pros: The staff are so friendly and helpful. We booked two nights before and after our Machu Picchu trip. After few days after our second night stay, we unexpectedly retuned to Cusco again for the night bus trip to Puno. We had a few hours with our luggage. We went straight to the hotel without previous agreement. But they happily help us store the luggage so that we can be very relaxed to look around and have dinner before our night bus trip. They also helped us to book a taxi. That made us feel home away home! Very appreciated! The location was super! It is right on the plaza. The breakfast is good and we can sit on the balcony watching people in the plaza and view around.

Terrific location!!!
Pros: You couldn't ask for a better location - right on Plaza de Armas, consequently absolutely everything was conveniently located - restaurants, museums, churches, and quaint little shops. There was the option of eating breakfast while looking out at the plaza.
Cons: There wasn't anything that we found displeasing.

A very pleasant stay
Pros: The hotel sits in an unbeatable location —just a 20-minute drive from the airport and right on the Plaza de Armas, offering beautiful views of the square. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always eager to help. Breakfast, served from 6:00 to 10:00, was generous and varied—eggs, meats, pastries, cheeses, fruit, yogurt, and cereals, plus a coffee bar and delicious fresh juices (orange, papaya, and pineapple). We also ate lunch and dinner at our hotel, food was delicious both times. There’s also a lovely rooftop terrace that stays open until 10 PM—a perfect spot to unwind after a long day of hiking.
Cons: Do note: evenings can get a little noisy due to the plaza’s buzz, so packing earplugs might be a smart move. We stayed there for 4 nights during the Cusco festival and luckily our room was off the street, so the noise wasn’t affecting our sleep too much, plus we were too tired from hiking and sightseeing.
