Good value for money.

Pros: The bed was comfortable, and the shower was good with hot water. The breakfast was also good and consisted of lots of fruit, cereal, small pancakes, tequenas, ham, cheese, yoghurt, peruvian coffee, and juice. We also offered eggs.

Cozy hotel at the great location in Cusco.

Pros: Hotel is at excellent location in the very heart of Cusco. It is nice and cozy, with a beautiful patio in the lobby. Hotel staff is very nice and helpful to the guests, they supported us in all aspects. The rooms was pretty small and there is no wardrobe, not very convenient for longer stay. On the other hand, all was very, very clean. the breakfast was very good. They made us lunch bags twice when we went for an early excursion. There is no elevator (2 stories only), but the staff helped us with the luggage. Free coffee, coca tea and coca leaves in the lobby.

Cons: Nothing special, maybe some small cabinet with drawers...

Pros: The location is very convenient, near to many attractions, and the attached panadería serves excellent food. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We even made friends with one of the staff members! In fact, when one of us had an episode of acute mountain sickness, staff were immediately on hand with oxygen and called an ambulance to be sure we were fine (we were!)

Cons: It's a little noisy at night -- but that's Cusco!

Little gem in Cusco town

Pros: Very good location, easy to reach, I order taxi recommended by hotel. I stayed in the hotel longer because Cusco is quite high and body need to get use to. Very helpful staff, hotel also run a bakery in the square, they gave me a nice pack breakfast if I went for a trip very early morning.

Cons: The room is very basic.
