After the initial surprises in the room, we settled in and enjoyed our stay. we will stay again.

Pros: Perfect location and a balcony view for xmas eve fireworks. We really enjoyed our stay. Lovely breakfast. The only surprise was that our room was 2 storey/loft type.

Cons: A strange arrangement was that bathroom was downstairs, a funny rather odd staircase, for going down during the night. Not ideal. Access to balcony was a bit difficult.

Pros: Best location ever. It's closer to everything. You can walk everywhere from there, which was really helpful as we had to get the train bus early. The staff was helpful. The beds were great, and water pressure in the shower was amazing and hot. Also, great wifi.

Pros: The location is really amazing, city center and close to everything! Breakfast is also good!

Cons: The staff were really unfriendly! Couldn’t understand that I paid in Euros and that they will be anyways paid, and insisted I should pay again even after showing that my bank approved the transfer. All in all this was very disappointing.

Perfect value and central location

Pros: Fantastic large hotel right in the heart of Cusco. Staff all spoke good English and it was fantastic value for money! Just note that they do apply a service charge (10%) which they will ask you to pay at reception upon arrival. Room - exactly as described, had everything we needed and bizzarly the bathroom window had the best view ever right over the city. Breakfast - good buffet option Facilities - has a little coffeeshop and essentials shop off reception. Would happily stay again!
