We had a lovely stay at Casa Cassava and were well looked after. It was close to everything - good restaurants and shopp

Pros: It was very cute and right in the heart of CUSCO close to everything. The staff were very accommodating and nice.

Cons: The only thing was the shower pressure and lack of hot water for the showers. The hot water was hit and miss.

Pros: Everything. Margarita was amazing and so helpful, she took all the stress out of the stay and nothing has been too hard. The location is spot on, close to the centre square, and has an old world charm to it.

Cons: Nothing, it was as close to the perfect experience as you could want.

Fantastic hotel in the centre of Cusco with very pleasant staff

Pros: The staff were excellent, very sweet people who made life very easy the whole duration of our stay. They accommodated to all of our needs and made us feel very welcome

Cons: It can be loud outside for the majority of the night and early in the morning due to traffic.

Staff were so fantastic, location amazing, apartment comfortable.

Pros: The staff were just so fantastic, helpful, welcoming. They couldn't do enough for us. The room was comfortable, clean, spacious. We were in the apartment for 5, and the kids room (upstairs) was a bit noisy, but the main double room was good. Breakfast was OK on the first day, but then when we told them we particularly liked certain fruits and the kids liked salchichas they then made that for us the next day. Overall the staff were so fantastic we felt so at home and really enjoyed our stay.

Cons: A bit noisy in the upstairs bedroom.

Great Boutique Hotel, Super Staff

Pros: Very nice boutique hotel. Great location in the Cusco Historical Center. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Also provided a great breakfast with excellent coffee.

Cons: Everything was great. Highly recommended.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Casa Cavassa! The hotel is incredibly cozy and perfectly located in the heart of Cusco — just a short walk to everything. The breakfast was delicious and very diverse, with something for everyone. A special mention to the young lady who served breakfast each morning — she was exceptionally kind and welcoming. All the staff were incredibly helpful and made us feel completely at home. Thank you, Casa Cavassa — we will definitely be back!
