Great location

Pros: Staff was so helpful and prompt in attending to any problems and making sure that it was sorted out. Location is perfect for exploring Cusco, everything is nearby: shops, attractions, tour agencies. Good for first couple of days in Cusco to acclimatise. We got takeaway from the attached restaurant for dinner once and it was one of the best food we had in Peru

Cons: Room decor is aesthetic and feels antique but a bit dated. Toilet flush didn't work well but the staff were very prompt with attending to it.

Perfect location, beautiful and clean rooms

Pros: Perfect location right in the middle of Regocijo Plaza. We had tours booked with Machu Picchu Reservation, just across the road. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean with large private bathrooms and nice hot showers. There is an ATM located conveniently by the entrance.

Pros: Best Hotel in town. Great location and utter amazing members of staff. We are returning to Cusco from Aguas Calientes in 2 days but sadly they got no room available. I wish we could get a room there as we are planning to hang around Cusco for 3 more days then fly to Lima.

Posizione ideale per visitare la città. Struttura molto bella

Pros: Posizione centrale ma tranquilla. Si trova in un edificio storico che include anche 2 ristoranti (in uno viene offerta la prima colazione). Molto originale; le stanze tutte diverse di affacciano su un elegante chiostro interno.

Cons: Mancanza di dettagli essenziali nell’arredo delle stanza. Armadio senza possibilità di appendere nemmeno le camicie, nessun appendiabiti alle pareti ecc.

Pros: Muy agradecido por la atención, proactividad, limpieza y cuidados que tienen en el lugar. El hotel es muy céntrico a una cuadra de la plaza mayor. Además el restaurante asociado al Hotel es excelente!!

Great Luxury Stay in the heart of Cusco

Pros: Location! Location! Location! Close to everything - right in the heart of Cusco City Center. Feels like a luxury hotel, yet feels like a house. There's a restaurant on 2nd floor called Chica for fine dining. Free breakfast is amazing. This is an exceptional hotel.

Cons: Wi-fi in the rooms was spotty but it worked.
