Espectacular

Pros: Excelente la comunicación, perdimos nuestro tren, sin embargo logramos llegar en otro mucho más tarde, Elizabeth estuvo pendiente en todo momento, preguntó el horario, nos esperó para recogernos, y este detalle fue significativo.

Cons: El ruido de la calle pero se arregla solicitando otra habitación si lo hubiera.

Pros: マチュピチュ入場の予約をしていたが、どこでチケットを入手するのか？ガイドを頼んでいたがどこで会えるのか？入場予約時間に間に合うバスに乗るには何分前からバス停に行けばいいのか？ホテルのマネージャーが正確な情報をくれたのでとても助かった。

Pros: Great location, very close to everything there is to do in the village. Less than 5 minutes walk to every important place in town - main square, hot springs, train station, ticket sales point and the buses that go up to machu Picchu. The staff was great! Loved it.
