Casa Ramos Salamanca - Airport pick up and drop off service - Homestay

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Ramos Salamanca. Erika and Jack were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, with scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, and freshly squeezed pineapple juice. The bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of storage space in the room, as well as a safe. The Wi-Fi worked well. The location was decent (although quite far from the airport). We were able to walk to a supermarket and an ATM in about 10 minutes, and we used Uber to get to the old town.

Cons: Overall, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was slightly below our expectations, but nothing major. There was no hot water in the shower in the morning, only in the evening.

Great for your first night after arriving in Lima

Comforting & comfy stay!

Pros: I felt like part of the family at Casa Ramos Salamanca. Jack and his family were so helpful from picking me up at the airport in the early hours of the morning to taking me to the best spot to get a SIM card and ATM that didn’t charge fees. I slept like a baby in the room as the bed was very comfortable. I had plenty of space in the room! Great value for money with caring and helpful hosts, I would highly recommend!

Cons: The location was a little far out but easily resolved by a cheap Uber to the square!

Pros: The owners were very helpful. They toke me to the ATM and fixed a simcard with me what is very nice when you just arrived. I felt very welcome in their house.

Pros: The family and the place is lovely! We have just arrived and they were very helpful with everything we needed. Very recomended!

Pros: Very high-quality and cozy accommodation. Good bed, good breakfast, modern bathroom. The host couple speaks excellent English, which is a really great thing for non-Spanish travelers.

A home away from home!

Pros: Erica and Jack are the best! We really felt at home at their house. They are always happy to help you with any questions. Breakfast is great, room is good (bed was comfortable). Location is outside the city center, but with a taxi or uber it is just a 15/20min drive.

Fantastic host with a good heart.

Pros: The father (owner with his wife) is truly amazing! We felt like home and he was very kind. Good breakfast.

Cons: Good have been a tidy bit cleaner.

Pros: Super friendly family that helps with everything! Nice and clean rooms and bathroom. We were only there for one night on a layover from Cusco to Huaraz but could imagine staying for longer :)

Cons: Salamanca is not Miraflores or Barranco. So if you are a tourist in Lima you have to get an Uber/ a taxi there which is very easy ans cheap though!

Pros: I spent 3 fantastic days in the apartment. The hosts are great. They will support you, comfort you, feed you well and they are the big part of the positive experience there. Facilities are good. Space in room is enough to spend some days, you can use common bathroom, but during my stay I was the only guest. The house's facilities are good as well, the district around is safe but not really interesting.

Cons: It is not in the center of tourist life, but Uber brings you there for a couple of euro.
