Pros: Great place conveniently located 3 minute walk to Machu Picchu bus, as well as the train station, many restaurants, bars and cafes. The room was very comfortable and is everything you need if you’re staying for a short amount of time. All the staff are so helpful especially the lady from reception who picked us up from train station. She made us feel so at home and even let us rest after checkout until our train leaving for Cusco had arrived. She went above and beyond for us and is such a great asset to this hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staffs, home made good American breakfast

Pros: The American breakfast was good. The staffs were very friendly Ruth greeted us at the train station and walked us to the hotel, she went extra miles to assist us to purchase bus tickets. Thank you Ruth

Cons: The room was noisy throughout the night, because it locates on the Main Street.

Pros: Clean rooms, hot shower, staff were extremely helpful, excellent breakfast you can have from 5am. Well located near good cafes, restaurants and a 2hr laundromat opposite. We had a great sleep every night for 3n.
