Comfortable and convenient hotel for Machu Picchu

Pros: Very clean room and hotel. Lift was helpful as we had heavy backpacks and tired legs from hiking. They provided a great takeaway breakfast for the day we went to Machu Picchu as we needed to join the bus queue before breakfast started. They also kindly let us put our bags in lockers whilst we were out for the day after we checked out.

Pros: Great location, close to bus stop to Machu Picchu and both railway stations but a bit on the side from the noisy street. There was an options of leaving bags after check out Great breakfast (with vegetarian options) on the 6th floor. Friendly personnel.

Cons: Unstable hot water. The room had a view on a contruction site.

Ideal for Aguas Calientes

Pros: The friendly and kind staff. Cleanliness and free service of tea sorts in the reception.

Cons: Wifi should be modernized. It usually gone and try to re-login. And may be the sorts of breakfast should be more

Pros: Decent breakfast and truly lovely, welcoming staff — made the stay feel warm and easy. 😊

Cons: The internet connection could be a bit better.

Nice short stay

Pros: Good location, good service, friendly staff. Comfortabele beds.

Cons: Poor lighting in the room, loose electrical sockets and it was impossible to shower without flooding the bathroom floor.

It was a good place to relax after a staff member Alex agreed to chage our room.

Pros: A clean bathroom with a bathtub with properly running hot water that our toddler enjoyed. The beds were quite comfy.

Would recommend this hotel

Pros: Stable hot water for showering. Perfect for a night stay before going to Machu Picchu.

Cons: Quite some slopes from the train station. Limited choice of breakfast, but nice environment.

Pros: The hotel was great! Spacious clean room, good breakfast, great location in the centre of Aguas Calientes.

Pros: The place was good location and room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was great.

Convenient place to stay when visiting Machu Picchu

Pros: Comfortable bed, helpful staff who met us at the station, a very early breakfast when needed.

Cons: Dark rather small room
