The best people make this place feel like home!
Pros: The hosts! Possibly the best host experience of my life! Yenifer and her family were so incredibly lovely during our stay. It felt like being part of the family: from the moment they insisted on picking us up from the train station to conversation over breakfast to letting us store our bags an entire day to making sure we didn't forget our medicine in the fridge. Then, to cap it all, after we left, we thought we had left a small bag in Machu Picchu. Not only did the Inkari team look everywhere in the hostal, but they went down to the train station and spoke with the staff there and also made a lost items report that was detailed and effective (long story, short: we got our bag). They didn't need to do any of this! I can't say enough wonderful things about our stay and, especially, these people!

Ze behandelen je als familie
Pros: Heerlijk groot bed, kamers schoon. Geen geluidsoverlast. Super lieve medewerkers!!
Cons: Je moet even wachten op warm water maar na een paar minuten heb je toch een warme douche!

Atendimento do hotel excepcional
Pros: Ante todo, la Sra. Yenifer. Creo que el 90% de mi reseña positiva se debe a ella; fue súper atenta, me recogió en la estación, preparó un desayuno excelente y la atención que le brindó a mi esposa cuando supo que tenía dolor de estómago fue excepcional. Mandó a alguien al mercado a comprar hierbas, preparó un té y mi esposa mejoró notablemente. ¡Fue fantástica! Otro punto positivo fue la cama extragrande y comodísima. Si vuelvo, ¡me alojaré de nuevo en el hotel para disfrutar de la misma atención!
Cons: Todo fue perfecto.

Pros: La gente de recepción paso por nosotros a la terminal del tren cuando llegamos lo cual nos sorprendió por la amabilidad Los cuartos super limpios y la cama king size de lo mejor para tener un buen reposo antes o después de ir a Machupichu Alrededor tienes muchas opciones para comer aunque el hotel ya cuenta con el desayuno Muy atentos con nosotros y pensar que solo estuvimos un solo día El sitio ideal precio y calidad en Aguascalientes Sin duda regresaría Recomendado

Excelente opção em águas calientes
Pros: Atendimento da Yenifer e Maria foi excelente! Super amáveis, disponíveis para nos ajudar. Cafe da manhã muito bom, preparado com capricho, bem completo e gostoso. Foi servido no horário que nós solicitamos, antes de ir para Machu Picchu. Camas boas, quarto e banheiro muito limpos.
Cons: Tudo certo, excelente custo/benefício em águas calientes.

Excelente atención ,buenísima ubicación,muy limpio y cómodo.
Pros: La atención de la SRITA. Yenny te hace sentir como en casa. Siempre al pendiente de lo que necesitas y muy amable. Fue por nosotros a la estación del tren y nos permitió entrar antes del check in para poder subir a Machupichu sin las mochilas. Las instalaciones super bien y muy muy limpio todo. Además del desayuno muy rico. Todo de 10

Pros: Yenifer fue una gran host, super amable y con gran disposición de ayudar siempre. Definitivamente recomendaría el lugar ya que se preocupan mucho por el que uno se sienta cómodo durante su estadía.

Gut wenn auch etwas schwer zu finden....
Pros: Freundliche Verwalterin; Zimmer ok; Frühstück und Frühstücksbox wareen echt gut für den Besuch am MachuPicchu.
Cons: Achtung: Google zeigt den Ort des Hotels falsch an! Und am Schild des Hotels steht 'Inkary Hostel', also nicht genau gleich dem Namen hier. Wir hatten eine zeitlang gesucht, bis wir endlich den Eingang gefunden hatten (die Hasumummer dort hat geholfen...)
