Pros: A nice hotel close to main sights nicely run and near centre of town A steep incline to reach hotel but assistance with luggage is provided

Pros: They free upgraded us to a bigger room, anyway rooms are very huge and bed comfortable. If you need they will bring the luggage to the train station for free. The staff is very friendly.

Cons: The structure is a bit old but nice, breakfast could be a bit improved with more local fresh fruit choice

Pros: The facilities and staff were excellent. Location was very convenient. Luggage collection and delivery to and from the station was excellent.

Pros: We were met at the station by a member of staff who walked us to the hotel which was great. Breakfast was decent and varied, and open from very early which is ideal for visiting Machu Picchu.

Cons: The hot tub in our room was very nice, but the water wasn't very hot. In fact, the second time it wasn't even warm unfortunately.

Great hotel near Machu Picchu

Pros: A nice hotel in the centre of town. Our room was really huge with a jacuzzi ( which, unfortunately, we didn't have time to use, a lounge area and great views of the plaza and the mountains. Breakfast was nice with lots of options . Staff were wonderful and very helpful.
