Pros: The staff was very welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. The hotel room was comfortable and perfect, with warm blankets for the chilly weather. The views at the hotel were spectacular.

Cons: I couldn't stay longer than one night.

Pros: It's an incredibly beautiful area, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The staff are extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. The cooks that make the food at the restaurant are outstanding. My kids loved interacting with the alpacas that live on the property.

Cons: It's not cheap.

This is where you want to rest and relax after a couple of hours driving on winding roads

Pros: Large, clean room and bathroom. Extremely picturesque location high up at about 3000m in a valley and with a whitewater river running by. Very comfortable bed. Alfredo and his team/family also provide lunch and dinner and they were always available to help or provide whatever extra we asked for.

Maravillosa experiencia en una ubicación excelente.

Pros: Prácticamente todo estuvo perfecto, la ubicación accesible a todos los atractivos de la zona sin tanta altura, la habitación, las vistas, el trato del personal.

Cons: Lo único es que la carne del lomo saltado era dura. Pero el resto de comida, excelente.

Remanso ideal para una aventura en familia

Pros: Facilidad de acceso, auto junto a la habitación, cama muy cómoda, abundante agua caliente, internet Starlink, buena cocina. Personal muy atento y siempre bien dispuesto. Nos atendieron por nuestros nombres desde la llegada.

Cons: Es un alojamiento costoso para lo que ofrece, pero se entiende que llevar mucha comodidad a un lugar de difícil acceso lo justifica. Pequeños detalles como cobrar por la leña de la fogata o no tener algunos ítems locales del menú (choclo) van en contra de la experiencia. Se entiende que esto último se resuelve con comunicación previa.
