Pros: The receptionist, Daniel, was very helpful and polite. Also the woman who served the breakfast was very kind! We arrived 6 minutes late and she put back the plates and food for breakfast. We were super pleased with the staff!!

Basic but wonderful

Pros: Staff was very nice and helpful. Value for price was excellent. Breakfast was varied and abundant. Location was perfect.

Cons: Had to ask for housecleaning, soap and shampoo. The black mold on the walls in the room.

Pros: The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. It was a truly wonderful stay. There was no electric kettle in the room, but when I asked for hot water to eat some instant ramen, the staff gave me some. On the first day of my stay, there was a power outage throughout the area from morning until night, which meant that Wi-Fi was unavailable. However, even during the power outage, the shower had hot water. The shower room and toilet were also very clean and comfortable. The free breakfast, served from 5 a.m., was simple but very helpful, including bread, ham, cheese, fruit, coffee, and juice. If I visit Machu Picchu again, I'll definitely stay here again!

Cons: It's not the accommodation's fault, but during my three day stay, the humidity was so high that the laundry I washed by hand never dried. Please be careful!

Pros: We stayed after the Salkantay trek and it was great value for money. The shower was just perfect, very hot and fantastic pressure. Beds were also comfortable! The staff is very friendly and helpful

Pros: Super friendly personeel, especially Stefanie helped me a lot arranging a taxi and making use of the laundry service. I could also store my backpack for free during the Salkantay trek. Great service🙂low price, good location

Cons: At first it was difficult to find and then we had some problems with the key and entrance. I was also scared to shower because it was electric. Then the second time I got a room, it was much better and the shower was great. So they do their best to fix the problems which can happen to anyone. The breakfast was very simple but the price is super low so it’s OK.

Pros: I liked the room as there was a heater there to keep it warm. The bed was very comfortable power points a bit loose for foreign plug adapters

Cons: The floor was a bit slippery .they need longer shower curtain in bathroom as it goes all over the floor

Idealny pobyt na jedną nockę w trakcie wypadu na Machu Picchu:) Bardzo pomocny personel. Gorąca woda, wygodne łóżka!

Pros: Możliwość zarezerwowania śniadania na wcześniejszą godzinę. Szwedzki stół: owoce (melon, mango), jajka do wyboru, ser żółty, szynka, pieczywo, banany na drogę.

Cons: Cena była troszkę za wysoka.
