Great location, helpful staff, comfy bed, good sleep

Pros: Quiet, great location, nice pillows and beds. Extremely accommodating people working there. Room was humid and I was given a dehumidifier to use when I brought the issue up. The restaurant right below also has good food.

Cons: Smells damp due to being so close to the river.

Perfect stay for the night!

Pros: We had a great stay here for our night before Machu Picchu. The staff were super friendly and helpful and made the stay very smooth. We were able to have an early breakfast (5am) and leave our bags there for the day after check out. The location is a bit out of the main town centre (pretty much the last hotel up the valley) but to be honest it was nice to be away from the noise/bustle and was only around 10 mins walk up a slight hill. The room was nice, big and clean and while there was some mould and musty smells (particularly 2 of 4 of our pillows had a funny smell) that is just apart of being in such a humid and warm town at high altitude so it didn’t really bother us. By all accounts this is an issue in all the hotels in the town so what can you do. Overall a great stay for the night, very comfortable and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

Great river view!

Pros: Great river view. Nice breakfast and good staff. Nice shower.

Cons: Curtains were too thin and the room is quite humid due to proximity of the river.

Pros: Wilson was amazing he came to get us from the train station. Location is about 12 mins walk from train station but Wilson helped us with our luggage too. The staff was amazing. Breakfast was great especially thanks to the lady making fresh squeezed orange juice and delicious scambled eggs. Room was big and we had an amazing view of the river. We had late train so we asked for a late checkout which they provided for 50USD and was great. Really happy with the place and will come again. Also the restaurant downstairs was awesome must eat there.

Cons: Everything was great only the wifi was a bit patchy

Great stay for backpackers visiting Machu Picchu

Pros: The property was situated in a great location, on the Main Street on the town and just a short walk away from the train station. The room was big, clean and had everything we needed for a short stay whilst visiting Machu Picchu.

Cons: The room smelt damp after a few nights as condensation was building up on the windows and doors after showering.

Pros: Super clean, great position and very nice staff! Also the breakfast was very good!

Cons: The bathroom was very humid and the water was not very hot. We actually had to take a cold shower one day..

A great option in Aguas Calientes!

Pros: Great for the money! Room was spacious and had a great view of the river below the building.

Cons: Nothing in particular

We had a lovely stay at the hotel and the village of Aguas Callientes is delightful.

Pros: It was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and our room overlooked the river. It was lovely.

Cons: Nothing. It was great.

Great Location with Beautiful View

Pros: Excellent location with stunning views from our room of the river and mountains. The sound of the river flow was tranquil for sleeping. Staff were very helpful.
