The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area, and the room offered a beautiful, relaxing view that made my trip even more enjoyable. Perfect hotel for an overnight stay

Pros: Perfect location for hiking up to Machu Picchu, a little down the road of the main city. The staff were also extremely helpful

Cons: Quite loud from the rapids outside but this is not even a issue

Pros: Location and view were unbelievable and breathtaking. The hotel was clean with specious room. I need to mention the staff, especially Karrena, who was so polite and helpful. She is a star !! Breakfast, okay.. could have been better.

Excellent hotel in Aguas Calientes, with superb staff and fantastic lodging

Pros: This was honestly the best place we stayed on our trip to Peru! They had hot showers, nice fluffy towels, were super clean and had an amazing hair dryer in the room - which was a lovely surprise. The staff were excellent, they helped us out when we arrived super early due to transport issues, and were super communicative through the whole stay. Across our group we rented four rooms, and it was unanimously voted the best accommodation of the trip, would definitely stay again!

Pros: My experience at the hotel was phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, Edison at the reception was friendly and lovely with us. He helped us with doubts about tours. The clean rooms and the exceptional view in front of the Macchu Picchu River...also there is a bar in the 5th floor where we had a little ceremony about our ancestors. my partner and I really loved it. I would really stay at the sanctuary hotel again. the best hotel in Macchu Picchu. Thank you Edison for your great job.

Pros: The hotel staff looked after us asking some requests from us, even though there were a lot of people in the hotel restaurant. And they offer laundry in reasonable price. that was also great to me.

Cons: Same topic as above, there were a lot of people (Machupicchu visitors) in the hotel restaurant at about 6 am and it took us about 20 minutes to get some food. I think it might be understaffed for the high season.
