It's not 5 star but it's 10/10

Pros: Perfect location. Very clean. Staff are superb. Breakfast is enough. WiFi is strong. Quiet rooms. Showers are excellent.

Great location, spacious room

Pros: The room was large and spacious with a balcony. Clean sheets and comfortable beds.Guille was a great resource for information about the area. He helped us make some good decisions

Pros: Beautiful hotel in a mini tropical paradise. Staff were exceptionally helpful - met us at the train station and walked us the short distance to the hotel. The breakfast was amazing , best omelette in Peru. Thankyou gringo bill for an exceptional stay

Luxury and charm

Pros: It was located near the main square and was the first hotel in our six week trip to have an elevator. The breakfast omelette was great. The bedding was luxurious. Staff very helpful re baggage storage and restaurants. First two images are the view.

Cons: My bedside light was broken.

A wonderful hotel in the center of Aguas Calientes

Pros: A wonderful hotel in the center of Aguas Calientes. A wonderful breakfast buffet with a wide selection of dishes. Large rooms with comfortable beds. I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful

Pros: Great place to stay when visiting Machu Picchu. Super central location but also peaceful and quiet. Bed was super comfy and breakfast was great. Staff were super helpful and offer free luggage storage.

Cons: It’s a bit tricky to find at first.
