Very recommended if you're planning to stay in Agua Caliente to visit Machu Picchu. Staff is lovely!

Pros: The lady at the lobby was super nice! She even made us choose between two different rooms the one we liked more. We got the room with an outstanding view of the valley with no charge. The hotel is very centric and you can walk everywhere from there.

Pros: Safe and quiet location overlooking the main square of Aguas Calientes. Maribel was excellent in communicating and providing information around AC (bus tickets, other things to do etc.) Breakfast box the morning of our visit to Machu Picchu was great.

Cons: Sit down breakfast was limited, with no proper dining table/ area. Steep steps required to access the hotel, made harder given the altitude change and luggage.

Great hotel

Pros: The owner of the hotel was amazing. She is very kind and helped us with early breakfast package we also could store our bags while climbing Machu Picchu. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. We loved the huge beds! Also a hot shower was great. Thank you!

Beautiful views of Aguas Calienetes

Pros: An amazing hotel with stunning views, a great breakfast, and a really caring staff, Naturalodge is an excellent choice while staying in Aguas Calienetes. We went for our anniversary and the staff had a little gift waiting for us in the room, which was so sweet. The views of the surronding area were fantastic and one of the main reasons we chose this specific hotel. They were also very accommodating when it came to breakfast and will make sure you have a delicious meal before heading off for your 6am tour. You really can't find a better option in the area.

Cons: There are steep stairs you have to climb to get there, but it's totally worth it!
