Pros: Apart from the fact that this place is like a couple minutes walk to where line starts for Machu Picchu bus. Jenny and her nephew Leonardo are exceptional hosts, they are very accommodating and helpful, so much so it's like staying with very close friends. Our breakfast time was earlier than there stated standard breakfast times, but they still prepared a lovely breakfast for us and securely stored our bags while we visited Machu Picchu. We were also allowed to stay in there lounge after coming back from MP as we had time to kill before our train departed. In fact we were very comfortable and the only thing that was bad during our stay was the weather, but that was our fault for coming in the rainy season.

Pros: A big advantage is the location — there is a bus stop to Machu Picchu right next to the hotel, which is very convenient for early departures. The room was small and the furniture was a bit dated, but it was perfectly fine for a one-night stay. Wi-Fi worked well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A nice plus was the breakfast box provided for early departures (e.g. to Machu Picchu). There was also no issue with storing our luggage after check-out, as we had a later train. A good option for a short, transit stay.

Nice stay
Pros: Friendly staff, bed comfortable. Big sized room. Great location.
Cons: No power sockets near the bed to charge my phone, had to leave it on the other side of the room.

Nice location in Aguas Calientes.
Pros: The location was excellent, right in the heart of shops and very close to the place where you buy tickets to Macchu Picchu. The staff took us along the street to show us where to buy tickets for MP and gave us advice on when to line up. The breakfast was good, room was comfy and spacious. Easy walk to hot pools, bus stop, train station, and food spots.
Cons: The shower was cold and couldn't get hot water. The wifi did not work for us and only partially worked for us down in the lobby.

Family-Run Business in Central Location
Pros: Location was excellent, a three minute walk from the train station and one minute away from the bus stop that goes to Machu Picchu. Also in the busier part of town, with restaurants, massage parlours etc all around. Extremely kind owner with a family-run business. She recommended places for lunch, which turned out to be fantastic. We also appreciated the simple breakfast of bread, ham, cheese, and avocado. They also packed food for us when we had to leave early for Machu Picchu. All in all, it's a basic accommodation that does its job as a base to explore the lovely Aguas Calientes and Machu Picchu.
Cons: Being in a busy part of town, there was live music from neighbouring restaurants past 11pm on Saturday night. You can also definitely hear people talking along corridors or taking showers, but that usually quietens down around 11pm. There was a musky smell in the rooms, but the owner changed rooms for us with no fuss. Warm water flow was erratic, probably depending on how many other people were showering at the end time. Internet connection was also weak, but we understand this is a town-wide issue.

Best accomodation in Machu Picchu
Pros: EXCELLENT and PERFECT. Best accomodation in Machu Picchu! Excellent room, very comfy bed and very warm. Best breakfast and for early morning starts - they provide a take away bag with a sandwich, fruit and drink!!! Jenny the front desk owner is amazing, made sure my stay was comfortable. Arranged a cash out service, laundry service and fresh towels each day. Jenny was the most helpful receptionist I have ever experienced. Always smiling, nothing to difficult. I highly recommend this perfect hotel. And by the way location location location! The room was totally quiet yet stepping outdoors, your smack bang in the centre for the best cafes, restaurants and of course the Hot Springs. Only minutes from the Peru Rail Station and bus to Machu Picchu site.
