Gorgeous place, great value

Pros: Beautiful property in a great location. Really nice room and the communal areas, bar, restaurant, courtyard am lobby are all beautiful. Lots of additional touches throughout the hotel which make it feel extra special

Cons: Restaurant could be great but it feels too small for the number of rooms, and the staff as often a bit overwhelmed at both breakfast and dinner which left us disappointed

Pros: Everything about this property. The service, the small touches such as hot water bottle to warm up the bed in the evening. The amazing art around the property. Food was exceptional. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. A real gem!

Spa hotel in a great location.

Pros: Very friendly and welcoming, great location in San Blas but only 10mins walk from centre of Cusco. Room and hotel facilities were excellent. Great breakfast and spa facilities.

Cons: Didn’t appreciate that that spa facilities had to be booked separately as part of a spa package.

Beautiful hotel!

Pros: Everything about this place was perfect. The room was wonderful, lovely attention to detail - they even had hot water bottles warming the beds up when we arrived as it was a bit cold. The restaurant is beautiful and the staff were amazing. One of the loveliest hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

Pros: They didn't miss a detail here! A very beautiful atmosphere and the staff super welcoming and friendly. Delicious food and the room are so comfortable with every amenity and more ... down to the hot water in our already comfortable beds. Highly recommend!!!
