Nice hotel in the center of old Cusco

Pros: The property was located in quite street and in the center of the old town. The stuff on the reception was very helpful and friendly. The room was big and clean with huge terrace with a city view. The breakfast room had amazing city view too.

Cons: The water in the shower drain didn’t go down.

Pros: Great staff, Great Location, Great views from breakfast room

Cons: Has potential to make better use of the Terrace. Eg better furniture, coffee/hot water etc

Pros: Great location and comfortable rooms on several levels. The stuff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Lus. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator and direct access from a taxi, so hotel stuff carried all our luggage bags. The hotel also has oxygen to support those ones who are struggling to accommodate and they call clinics in case of emergency.

Very central, comfortable, friendly and reasonably priced.

Pros: We loved the location first of all but then we loved the clever hotel design, the comfort of our twin room, the fact that there was a radiator in case we were cold , , and that there was amazing water pressure so the showers were really great. Breakfast starts earlier than a lot of places and offers a good selection of fruit, cured meats, eggs, cereals etc The staff were so friendly and helpful and Lus, at reception made our stay so much more comfortable. We decided to try the massage on offer, so we both had one. On consecutive days, with different masseuses. Who come to your room with all their equipment. We can highly recommend this and were impressed by how much good it did. They also have luggage storage facilities. I should add that the views on the town are also very good.

Cons: Nothing.

Great little hotel in a charming neighborhood, with great receptionist (Janet).

Pros: The hotel has a great location- in the middle of shops, restaurants and cafes. The receptionists were all very friendly and helpful, particularly Janet who gave us great recommendations on where to go.

Cons: The tv didn't have any international channels on it, so we weren't able to watch the news.

Beautiful View In An Artsy Area

Pros: Very clean, and the bed was so comfortable. The breafast was delicious and healthy. It's in a quiet area away from the main square.

Cons: The window of my room was in line with the terrace, so if I opened it, people could see right in. It also is up a hill from the main square, which is great after you drop off your luggage.

Pros: Very comfortable and on a good location, but it was way too expensive for Peru standards. Looks to be made for American tourists who have too much money and no clue

Pros: The staff were very helpful and available. The rooms were very clean and the food was fresh.

Pros: The staff was very friendly ; the view from the hotel was incredible and its location Just 5 minutes from the main square, I would definitely choose it again!!
