Comfortable, friendly and a great location

Pros: Great location, very near the Plaza but far enough away to be not too noisy. Staff were very accommodating and the breakfast was good. Boxes breakfasts were supplied when we needed for early tours

Cons: The building is a lovely old colonial building with no lift. The staff help with bags and all was fine for us but something to consider if you had mobility issues

Good value stay

Pros: Relatively quiet for a central location in Cusco. We stayed on NYE and by closing the bathroom door (which had a small ventilation window open to the street) we were able surprisingly to stop most of the street noise from entering the bedroom. Our room was situated away from the inner courtyard so we also didn't have much internal noise. Staff friendly and helpful (no elevators so staff helped us carry our suitcases to our room) and permanent tea facilities in the lobby.

Cons: The showers were cold - we ran them for a few minutes but they never heated up. We were only staying for a short night so didn't bother following up with reception and went straight to bed. Our room, while relatively quiet, was quite dark as our window faced a small service alley. For rooms that don't have much natural light, it would be nice if the room lights could be made brighter.

Pros: Clean and nice Hotel in the center of Cusco with very friendly service. The owner helped us alot to book several trips (rainbow mountain, sacred valley,...) and transfers for the next day. Food was good as well :)

Good

Pros: The room we stayed had a wonderful view. The beds were very comfortable. And the shower was also great (except one day I woke up at 3:30 am for an early tour and there was no hot water). The staff were very helpful at any time. The hotel has no lift but the staff carry all the luggage for you. The patio where breakfast is served was very nice and the breakfast was very good. The patio is also a restaurant that I truly recommend as the food was delicious!

Cons: We booked a room with windows to the exterior (according to the pictures and description) but we got one with a window to the hotel interior. When we changed to an exterior room we were charged 20$ extra per night. The new room was a room with 2 beds of 1.40 m and we were 3, so the bed we had to share was not very big. This for 20$ extra was not really a nice detail.

Pros: The location is excellent. The hotel has all the amenities as other great hotels but the difference is the generosity of the staff. They make you feel like you're at home!

Cons: Nothing. I will go back for my next trip to Cusco.

A restaurant Jack's next to the hotel was a surprise (bonus) find.

Pros: Excellent location - walki to all major points of interests. Clean, good service, comfortable bed. Ask to be sure to have a private bathroom.

Cons: Hot coffee at breakfast and hot water/electric in-room pot would be nice.

Great place to stay!

Pros: The location is perfect to go to touristic place and restaurants. The hotel staffs are so kind and helped us to stay comfortable. It was in the middle of the renovation, but they treated us so well. We really enjoyed the stay.

Wonderful experience!

Pros: Rosa María was incredible as a host and gave such helpful advice and recommendations throughout our entire stay. The rooms were a good size, and the beds very comfortable. Wonderful location in Cusco city center as well.

Cons: Our first room was quite cold even with the heater. That was the only issue. The second room, an interior room was much warmer though.

Highly recommend Sueños del Inka

Pros: We stayed at Sueños del Inka for 3 nights, and everything was perfect. Nice hotel, very clean and located in the best area of the city. Breakfast was ok. We stayed in a comfortable room with hot water and heater (very useful, by the way). Staff always at help. Rosamaria, in particular, helped us to book all tours that were of our interest and recommended great restaurants in the city. Many thanks for this! We highly recommend this place to stay in Cusco!!!

Cons: Nothing, we really liked this place!
