Nice, comfortable hotel in a great location.

Pros: Great location. Large rooms. There is an elevator. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable, firm beds. Ideal for seniors or people with problems with the altitude.

Cons: The breakfast buffet was a little meager: not a large choice for European tastes. The items offered were not replenished. If you came late there was very little to choose from.

Pros: Overall good value for money. Staff made us feel very welcome.

Cons: Room could have been better serviced and cleaned before our arrival. Staff were prompt to turn things around however.

Pros: The staff was kind and available at all times, ready to help; I liked the traditional building with several places to lounge and tea available at all times near the reception. Breakfast was delicious.

Pros: Mi estancia en este hotel fue excelente. El desayuno fue delicioso y variado, perfecto para comenzar el día. El personal de recepción, principalmente Irene siempre estuvo dispuesta a ayudar, con una actitud amable y sonrisa constante. Me encanto el detalle de bienvenida en la habitación, además el equipo fue atento al ayudarnos con las maletas.

Pros: Tuve una excelente estancia en este hotel, la habitación estaba impecable y la cama era cómoda. Loved this place!

Pros: The hotel was located in a great location. The staff was tremendous! They were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and there was hot water.

Cons: If you are a digital nomad, you may not be able to use the WiFi consistently BUT there are several places nearby, including Starbucks, with strong WiFi. I really liked this place and it’s worth staying here despite the instable WiFi connection.
