Pros: I was solo travelling and the room met my needs. It had a safety deposit box, hair dryer, extra comforter and space heater since it gets cold at night. The room was very clean, including the bathroom, and there were no issues with hot water supply nor water pressure. The bed was firm and comfortable. It was quiet at night and I like how it's a fairly quiet hotel during the day. The breakfast buffet was great too. Highly recommend this hotel!

Cons: The windows shades are see through at night.

Reliable quality mid range accommodation.

Pros: Location was great, it was quiet, but close the centre of Cusco

Cons: No lifts, so a lot of stairs, which on arrival in high altitude Cusco, can be a challenge. Staff were very helpful with getting luggage to the rooms.

Pros: The Hotel is near any accomodation and really well located. It has a lovely interior court. The suite was wonderful and the people were helpful and nice. We loved our stay.

Pros: El desayuno y la atención del personal muy bueno. Si algo no encontraba en el desayuno buffet ellos iban a buscarlo.

Cons: Algunos huespedes ingresaban despues de las 12 pm haciendo ruido, lo cual no permitía un buen descanso

Pros: Muy buena ubicación, esta en San Blas pero cerca de la plaza de armas, y a la vez cerca del mercado de san blas. Desayuno completo, que inicia a las 5h de la mañana, bastante practico para la mayoría de tours.

Cons: Estuve en 3 ocasiones, en 3 habitaciones distintas. Las que dan al patio son demasiado luminosas, porque no apagan la luz por la noche.
