Peaceful place to rest.

Pros: The host and all staff were great, kind hearted folk, we slept well, feels homely and peaceful. They also gave us a place to leave our stuff even after we had checked out so we could walk about lima unburdened.

Cons: No shared kitchen facilities, but they gave us space in their fridge to store stuff. WiFi connection was sporadic but if asked staff were happy to restarted the modem and then worked fine.

A nice place located in the historic center of Lima

Pros: The receptionist, Jimmi, was very nice and welcoming and allowed me to check in early. Although the hotel is located in the city center, it is quite peaceful. Considering the price range, it is a good choice.

Clean, friendly:helpful and good location

Pros: The owner and the staff were friendly and helpful, plus a good location for plazas/catacombs and light show. Easy Uber to Miraflores etc

Cons: Some noise from family of caretaker early morning and door bell during night but not too noisy

Better than I expected for price and location

Pros: The host was very welcoming, full of information and tips for the centre of Lima, and helped us with everything we asked. The room was fine, no complaints. Bathrooms were regularly cleaned and had hot water.

Cons: Nothing for the price and location

Pros: Friendly staff, clean environment. Great value for the price.

Cons: The bed could be better. Showers with cold water only.

Pros: We where allowed to check in earlier with no issues. Good location in the city. Helpfull staff. Cheap laundry service on site. They even gave me a free keyring upon leaving :)

Korikancha is my home in Lima and I shall return.

Pros: Luis and Gris were very helpful and assisting. They helped me at their best capacity. I was placed in a very comfortable room so I can rest my mind and read and study more. The location is perfect, very close to plaza Miranda and Plaza de Armas and other major places. The shower is normally hot and the bathroom is always clean. Internet is not really that bad and there are restaurants available nearby. I recommend Korikancha and I will come back again. Thanks to Luis and Gris. I had a great time.

Cons: None but only a suggestion if the management could change the pillow to a more comfortable one.

Excelente locacion y buena seguridad.

Pros: La ubicacion, esta muy cerca del Centro Historico de la Capital de Peru, en Lima.

Cons: Por el costo del hospedaje, no se podria ser tan exigente, por ahora.

Pros: Contaba con ventilador, agua fría y caliente, WiFi, camas cómodas

Cons: Por ser casa antigua se escucha todo, y tampoco no me gustó que el dormitorio que me dieron estuviera cerca al baño que compartían otros huéspedes

Pros: El precio, la ubicación céntrica, la limpieza, el joven que atiende por la mañana de cabello rojo muy amable, muy atento en todo...

Cons: El recepcionista de turno nocturno, debería de cambiar de actitud...
