Verry nice hotel in the Center of cusco

Pros: Lovely hotel with an amazing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful, which really made our stay special. The location is beautiful and the views are absolutely stunning. We were pleasantly surprised by the very thoughtful welcome package, including soap, shampoo, a comb, shaving kit, and a hair cap — a small detail that made a big difference. Breakfast was very enjoyable, with fresh omelettes made on request, and it was great that free tea was available throughout the day. The hotel staff also went out of their way to think along with us when we had excursions planned, even arranging a lunch box for us. Overall, a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

Cons: The only downside for us was the location on a very steep hill. Taxis and tour buses do not stop directly at the hotel, so you do need to be in good physical condition and able to walk uphill to reach it. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Fabulous Cosy Cusco Hotel with scenic surroundings.

Pros: Beautiful spacious room with a super king bed. Lovely bedding. Spotless. We had a lovely warm greeting from Dorada, who gave us Coca tea. Although the location is higher up the hill in Cusco, its in a charming scenic location. Breakfast & service all great.

Cons: Maybe offer some water to guests in reception.

Great stay and extremely comfortable.

Pros: Everything about our stay was great, they upgraded us to a bigger room. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The shower was lovely and hot, perfect for after hiking. They kindly gave us a breakfast to go when we weren't able to make the breakfast one morning.

I stay in at least 50 hotels a year all over the world and this was in the top 10 hotel experience- thanks to the whole

Pros: Amazing Location & very special view. I even had a separate sunroom attached to my large room, which was drenched in natural light & fresh air. Credit to the cleaning staff - the whole hotel was spotless inside & out ! Juan, on the front desk was so professional and great to talk too. He encouraged me & helped correct my attempts to learn Spanish. I must also mention the fabulous breakfast, in a lovely glassed courtyard location. With breakfast served by such a happy, pleasant and attentive team. They were an awesome, positive start to the day !! I stayed an extra night it was so good & had to experience another breakfast ! If I ever return to Cusco , will come straight to this lovely small boutique hotel.

Cons: Nothing - it had its own character and different little things which made it special !

Perfect Stay in Cusco !

Pros: Everything was perfect with the hotel and the staff. We stayed 2 nights before heading to our Inca Trail. They kindly kept our big bags as we couldn't bring them with us. I won't repeat what I put on my other comment but, keep up the good work, it was great ! I would definitely come again !

A Fanstastic Stay in Cusco !

Pros: The location is perfect, a little further away from the extremely busy city centre. The staff were just BRILLIANT ! Absolutely loved them from arrival till departure. The hotel is very nice, the bedroom as well, super clean. The bed is extremely comfortable, love the pillows also ! We had an amazing stay ! Thumbs up for the breakfast as well ! It would be great to have maybe a few more items to order a la carte but otherwise everything was great ! I would definitely recomment this hotel for a stay in Cusco !

An excellently run hotel in a quiet area of Cusco which guarantees a great nights stay.

Pros: Very friendly staff who assisted us with everything we required. The hotel is a short walk from the main square but in a quiet street meaning we got an excellent sleep every night. Nice breakfast and rooms were immaculate with a comfy bed.

Cons: The hotel is up a slightly steep street which is the only slight negative to the property.

Nice location and friendly staff!

Pros: The staff were very friendly with great recommendations about the area! The room had a beautiful view overlooking the city lights at night. The breakfast was amazing!!

Cons: The facilities in general probably need a bit of an upgrade and the rooms aren’t very sound proof we could hear people coming and going very loudly.

Great value for your money and safety!

Pros: Surprisingly clean and tidy room! Hotel was very nice, located a bit uphill in a safe region in Cusco, never felt unsafe. Some nice restaurants nearby. A big + for this hotel is the breakfast, very Peruvanian cuisine with a chef who cooks fresh omeletes for you upon request. Everything went nice and smoothly. We faced some technical issues with the room but staff sorted out the issue immediatly. Special mention to Juan, absolutely top tier service!! 🙏🏼 Hint: it gets very cold during the night in Cusco, so pack warm clothing so you won’t catch a cold from visiting Cusco (like i did😅)
