Pros: Convenient location, beds were comfy and showers hot. The staff were so so lovely, I wasn’t feeling well so they let me extend my check out time for a very reasonable price and brought me coca tea to my room.

Cons: The rooms are cold but they give you extra blankets and you can rent a heater if you need. It is basic but great value.

Pros: My mom stayed in the hotel and she was very happy with the staff. They supported her with everything she needed. The room was small but comfortable and always clean.

Cons: The way to go in is a bit tricky with many steps , for an elderly person can be a bit dangerous and may need some help.

Pros: The location is great, right in the center but quietly tucked away. My single room was little but had a toilet and a beautiful very hot shower. Everybody was really nice and helpful. I enjoyed my stay

Pros: First I want to mention Pau, a really wonderful woman who gave me tips for my ongoing journey to Puno. Overall, the staff was super nice and Ursula waited for me when I had a late arrival. They also let me keep the room a bit longer for a small fee on my departure day, since I was not feeling well and preferred to rest instead of going on a tour the last day. The room and bed were both comfortable and the shower warm and nice. Breakfast was good too, the first morning (Dec 25th) I got Christmas bread and hot chocolate which was nice, and the second day I got scrambled eggs, together with bread, cereal and yoghurt.

Cons: Internet was a bit slow, but that's just a minor thing in my opinion.

Amazing stay in cusco

Pros: The whole stay was amazing. The staff was super helpful and friendly. We left our luggage for few days there. Breakfast was good and more diversified than the continental breakfast we had elsewhere. The hot water for the shower is available at all times. Would go back again for sure
