like at home, a hotel i would repeat without hesitation

Pros: Staff; ALL of them were amazing, from the cleaners, to the receptionists, from the cooks to the management. They were also really cute to congratulate all the guests with 14th february. Great room views!

Cons: blinders were not blinding. Not a problem when you-re waking up very early, but definetely not amazing if wanting to stay in bed until 9am.

Pros: Everything was fine . We have a beautifull time spending there . Comlimented for all how works there …

Great place to spend a few days and feel entirely at home

Pros: Clean, quiet, very friendly staff, delicious breakfast, great view over the city and only two blocks away from the plaza de armas. Highly recommended.

A good value, clean, confortable lodge

Pros: Excellent small hotel not far from the historic centre of Cusco. The bed was super comfortable and the bedding of higher quality than the price would suggest. For the price, this is one of the better hotels in Cusco.

Cons: The entrance is on a bit of a dingy pedestrian lane. Don't let it put you off, but it can be a little unglamorous.

Relaxing.

Pros: The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They were always available at the front desk to respond to our tour booking, taxi rides or any other request. They always answered the phone whenever we called. The breakfast was delicious and the supper was excellent. We also loved the cleanliness of our room, the restaurant and the bathrooms for the outside sitting and dining area. It is a great location within a 8 minute walk from the Central town square.

Cons: I wish the menu had more items. The food was delicious.

Pros: Empezando por la atención del personal Celino Victor Diana y Karen Todos ellos no atendieron excelente siempre atentos y amables Instalaciones limpias y buen ambiente .

Pros: Ein super Hotel . Die oberen Zimmer haben einen tollen Blick über die Stadt . Alles ist charmant und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr gut . Ein Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden Fall !

Pros: Un luogo davvero meraviglioso. L’hotel è un bijoux, bellissimo, pulito e curato in ogni dettaglio. Offre un panorama mozzafiato che invita a rilassarsi e a godersi l’ambiente circostante. Gli spazi sono molto attraenti, tranquilli e accoglienti. Inoltre, il personale è estremamente gentile, educato e sempre pronto a farti sentire il benvenuto. La colazione inclusa è eccellente: molto buona, varia e presentata con grande cura. Lo consiglio vivamente. Ha reso la mia esperienza a Cusco meravigliosa.

Pros: Excellent séjour ! L’hôtel est très bien situé, dans un environnement agréable et calme. La chambre était propre, confortable et parfaitement équipée. Le personnel est accueillant, professionnel et toujours disponible pour répondre aux besoins des clients. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et de très bonne qualité. On se sent vraiment bien dès l’arrivée. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y reviendrai sans hésiter.

Pros: Nous avons adoré séjourner à cet hôtel! Nous sommes certainement les premiers à laisser un commentaire, mais on vous recommande à 100%. La chambre était géniale avec un très grand lit, le petit-déjeuner est complet, ce qui a fait que nous l'avons pris tous les matins. Le personnel est attentionné et la décoration de l'hôtel est vraiment sympa! N'hésitez pas!
