Pros: Friendly staff, beautifully decorated rooms and well maintained house with a nice pool and steam room.

Cons: Limited drinking water provided in small bottles, steam room needed to be turned on at least 35 minutes in advance.

What an exceptional stay!

Pros: The hotel is absolutely stunning, elegant, peaceful, and full of character. The staff were incredibly attentive and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The spa was wonderful and the breakfast was delicious, with lots of fresh options. A perfect oasis in the heart of Cusco. We would love to come back one day!

Fantastic Hotel , highly recommended.

Pros: Fantastic hotel, brilliant and friendly staff and ideal location. The Spa was tranquil and very welcome after some long treks, as were the Pisco Sours and canapés!
