Quirky, warm and a great find.
Pros: Very tastefully decorated, great breakfast, quirky art, warm and welcoming staff. The rooms are fitted out with water, snacks and toiletries that are all refreshed daily. Door man on 24/7 to let you in. Street can be a little noisy but they have doubled glazed the windows. There is a pharmacy and laundry within 50 meters. Walk to Plaza de Alms in 5-10 mins. Bring raincoat for the showers. Love it here

Pros: Nos encantó la atención, toda la estadía fue espléndida. David, el chico que nos atendió y el portero Segundo fueron un encanto! Lo mejor es que el precio, te dan mucho más de lo que pagas, la habitación es espaciosa,hermosa e increíble. Recomiendo quedarse un día sólo para disfrutar del hermoso hotel y su tranquilidad.
Cons: Nada, su comida y atención fueron increíbles.

The room was huge and clean!
Pros: It’s a great location, central to everything yet quiet. The room was huge and comfortable. The staff were excellent.
Cons: Small mishap with the water heater. We had to be ready very early and the water heater wasn’t turning on. Staff resolved as quick as possible.

A warm and welcoming atmosphere in a beautiful property.
Pros: The staff were friendly and accommodating, breakfast was great and location was perfect.
Cons: No consistent communication through booking.com and no effort to contact us via other means. Questions regarding our stay went unanswered for months.

Excelente ambiente!
Pros: O hotel tem uma ótima localização, os funcionários são todos muito atenciosos e os quartos são ótimos: espaçosos, com uma mini cozinha com snacks cortesia e um bom banheiro. Se seu passeio sai antes do horário do café, o hotel prepara uma lancheira pra vc levar.
Cons: Tudo ótimo! O único ponto que pode melhorar é o misturador do chuveiro, a água em alguns momentos ficava muito quente.

Sitio precioso gestionado sin interés
Pros: La casona, su patio y la gente que nos estaba atendiendo todo el dia.
Cons: Al tener otros establecimientos, tuvimos la sensación que éste es considerado de segunda categoria para la Dirección. No había recepción (todo lo intentaba resolver los trabajafores que alli estaban todo el dia), había multiples averías y tienen a una persona pasando la noche prácticamente en la intemperie, sin un calefactor ni puesto de trabajo adecuado resultandonos muy violento saber que alguien está trabajando en esas condiciones en 2024.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour au X.O Art House, le personnel est d’une gentillesse, le guarde de nuit nous a aussi aidé
Pros: La gentillesse et l’aide du personnel. Les chambres sont très grande et agréable à vivre, la décoration est très belle. On avait aussi des petits snacks gratuits ainsi que de l’eau inclu dans le prix de chambre. Notre lit était aussi très confortable.
Cons: Les chambres sont peut être pas assez lumineuses et les chambres du bas sont mal isolés du son. On entendais les voisins du haut marcher.
