Excellent hotel would highly recommend

Pros: Central to everything, very clean, welcoming, breakfast was very good lots of Choice, beds comfy great to have a heater on cooler nights

Cons: Probably the craft pub across the road Played loud music on a Saturday not Ideal if your up early on a tour but hotel Can’t Do much about it

Pros: Excellent location, wonderful building with museum like lobby, super friendly staff and full breakfast

Cons: Check out at 09.00 am is obligatory. A bit outdated room amenities

Pros: Clean room, great view, delicious breakfast, great interior with Incas' artefacts, additional heating in the room, polite service, excelent location. Lack of lift was not a problem (if you need it, the staff will help you)

Cons: There was a kind of misunderstanding regarding room with separate beds and we were first assigned a room without window. Thankfully we were upgraded for the rest of nights to a 100% perfect apartment.

Amazing budget hotel

Pros: Great hotel for the price. Amazing location a block away from the square (flat walk) and a block from San Blass. Breakfast was awesome. Staff all great super nice. Helped my husband with Oxygen during the night.

Nice hotel, I recommend trying to get a quiet room.

Pros: Beautiful hotel, friendly and attentive staff, very clean, hot water in showers available, exceptional location.

Cons: Loud room due to thin walls, check-out super early with very little flexibility.

Pros: For our honeymoon we got upgraded to the luxury room. It was gorgeous, had a fireplace and a hot tub. Made our stay very special. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Amazing service

A most pleasant experience

Pros: The breakfast, staff, and room , were all excellent. This hotel had one of the most friendliest staffs that I have ever met; every one kept a smile, and they were always very polite and accommodating. Being located 2 minutes away from the main square made it very easy to find many attractions, including museums, within walking distance.

Pros: Great location - helpful staff - decent breakfast, very handy for taxi pick up as it is near a main road.

Cons: Would be better with shower gel and shampoo in bathrooms. Sachet of shampoo provided and soap.

Pros: Our stay was absolutely perfect, we really would recommend staying here. Every member of staff was so kind and helpful. The rooms are lovely and clean. The breakfast is good. The location is perfect - just a short walk from the main square and lots of markets/restaurants nearby. We also did the Inca trail and the hotel kindly stored our bags for us, and we used the laundry services which was well organised.
