Perfect location near Plaza de Armas with premium amenities including high-end restaurant, spa, and exceptional service!

Pros: Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The location is absolutely perfect - right near Plaza de Armas, making it easy to walk to all the main restaurants, shops, and tour starting points. The high-end restaurant on-site offers excellent food and service, which was very convenient. Having a spa available at the hotel was a wonderful amenity - perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. They provided excellent recommendations and assistance with arranging tours.

Cons: Honestly, there's nothing to complain about. The hotel delivered on all fronts and provided an exceptional experience throughout our stay.

Beautiful hotel, spacious family rooms in the heart of Cusco

Pros: Highly recommended for anyone staying in Cusco. Location was perfect, central and near the square and tucked into smaller streets away from the large noisy roads. Colonial Family room was lovely, quite a lot of space, well appointed. Breakfast was a generous spread and worth the value The staff were wonderful, always helpful, doesn’t matter if the ask is big or small Recommend having dinner one night in the beautiful lobby atrium.

Nice stay in a beautiful city

Pros: Beautiful hotel, lovely building and great location right in the city centre close to all the main attractions. Buffet breakfast is of very good quality and they staff are very attentive.

Cons: It’s a bit dated for the price you pay, plus the rooms are a bit too small.

Wish I had more nights here! Great place to stay in Cusco

Pros: The Novotel staff were amazing from the moment I stepped in, we had to book accommodation for that night due to issues with our previous accommodation. They got us into our room early at 9am while we enjoyed the amazing buffet breakfast, where again the staff were attentive. Every time we walked in and out of the hotel we were greeted with a smile and hello. We felt extremely safe here and wish we could’ve stayed a few more nights!

Cons: Nothing was a great hotel and beautifully maintained

Comfortable and clean rooms with above average staff.

Pros: Very central and easy to access. The staff were amazingly helpful throughout. I arrived on a very early flight and they were able to get me checked in into my room hours before scheduled time.

Great location

Pros: Great location in the centre of Cusco. The room was big, clean, had double glazing and black-out curtains which made it very comfortable. The breakfast was great (at additional cost). There's a friendly lady with a baby alpaca that comes in the morning and you can take pictures at your ease for a tip, which was nice.

Cons: For the price we paid I think breakfast should have been included.

Perfect stay

Pros: I loved the friendly staff, very nice and kind, always ready to assist. Rooms were very comfortable and breakfast abundant.
