Extremely nice staff in an old hotel very well located

Pros: Good breakfast, but the best point were the staff: amazing. They switched our room when we told them it was noisy (so our new room was extremely quiet), they started breakfast one hour ahead of time because we were leaving on a tour earlier, always smiling and nice

Cons: Our first room was noisy because it was directly over the street and it was a party time in Cusco.

Pros: Excelente opción si buscan un sitio céntrico, cómodo y a buen precio en Cusco. Los encargados fueron siempre muy amables y atentos con nuestras necesidades. Los ambientes estaban siempre limpios y con todo a disposición. Nuestra habitación era muy bonita y estaba bien equipada. El hotel además está en un lugar muy céntrico, muy cerca a la plaza de armas a la vuelta de San Blas. Fueron días muy cómodos e inolvidables los que pasamos con mi novia en este hotel, lo recomendamos mucho y esperamos volver pronto!

Melhor opção para custo-benefício em Cusco!

Pros: O hotel está localizado em uma região perfeita: super perto da Plaza de Armas, mas em uma rua não barulhenta. O time é extremamente atencioso, super descomplicado e prático. Certamente, foi o melhor custo-benefício que encontramos na cidade.

Cons: Não teve nada de que não gostei. Talvez seja apenas importante ressaltar que o lugar não tem elevador (assim como na imensa maioria dos lugares com patrimônio histórico tombado) e que o café-da-manhã não é super reforçado, mas também nada fora da prática de hotéis do mesmo padrão.

EXCELENTE ATENCION, COMO EN CASA

Pros: Hospedaje bien ubicado, habitaciones con las medidas exactas para descansar, colocar la vestimenta necesaria, con wi-fi, cama confortable, muy bien el desayuno. Punto importante: la amabilidad de las personas que te atienden, te hacen sentir como en familia, muy recomendable para llegar a la ciudad de Cusco.
