Very happy with our stay.highly recommend

Pros: Very confortable big room. Excellent bed and extremely clean. Nice big window with lots of natural light. Also great breakfast included. Loved the location, quiet but still close to main Plaza thru lovely little streets. No street sellers at the door like in other hotels. Will stay there again

Lovely, quiet hotel.

Pros: Lovely hotel in a quiet location, close to attractions. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The room was more upmarket than Cisco’s normal standard. Room service was fast and had a good menu. The standard of the food was good too.

Cons: Nothing, we had a great stay here!

A great stay in a great hotel at a great price - book it!

Pros: Due to our travel commitments we did not experience the 'in-house' breakfast. Instead staff prepared a breakfast 'to go' which was sufficient for our early 4am start. The room was amazing. It was plenty large enough allowing us to spread our gear about and sort through it both pre & post our Inca Trail hike. The bed and pillows were very comfy and the bathroom incl. the shower was fantastic. And whilst located a short walk from the Cusco main town square, the location was still great with plenty of cafes, markets & restaurants on your doorstep. And the main square is only a short away as is the Cusco Railway Station - which I why we chose this location.

Great location

Pros: Clean, comfortable hotel in a great location, and helpful staff. Just the right selection of breakfast options. Heated floor in bathroom and lovely powerful shower.

Fantastic.

Pros: The hotel was up a quiet side-street, just a few blocks away from the central square. It’s a short ride from the airport. The foyer was bright, clean and had views out over the central courtyard. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were processed quickly and went to a lovely clean room with a fantastic view over lots of the city. Beds were comfortable and made up every day. The bathroom was clean and functional. We never ate the breakfast as we were out very early on sightseeing trips every day. An excellent place to stay. I would definitely recommend it.

Great stay at heart of cusco

Pros: Breakfast: Awesome breakfast which is available from 5-9am. Location: 2-3min walk from Qoricancha and around 12-15 walk to the main plaza Hotel: Round the clock someone is there in reception Room: Clean and comfy

Cons: Rooms were a bit old.

great, comfortable stay, staff were efficient and helpful

Pros: Everything was just perfect, helpful, friendly staff and we could leave our bags in the bag store after check out while we looked around Cusco. We also had our room upgraded for free which was great after a few days travelling around
