Great !

Pros: The room was bright and the bed was big. We had a little fridge and a small table. We arrived in Cusco very early and were tired. The staff very kindly checked us in. The team was very helpful and friendly. The location is good too.

Cons: The room is not entirely dark at night.

Felt like home

Pros: Erica was super nice and helpful, she made sure that we had everything that we needed, we felt like home there. She also prepared us breakfast to go on the days when we had tours or made as great fried eggs. We really felt welcome there. On request she gave us additional blankets. Location was very good, walking distance to city center.

Cons: Room was badly isolated, so it was quite cold during the night. Water in the shower was hot only one of 5 days we stayed there.

Cute little hotel near city centre

Pros: Rumi Uma is located perfectly, just outside the historic centre, so it is great for exploring Cusco. Classic Peruvian Breakfast is included (bread, butter, jam, sometimes cheese or avocade too, tea and papaya juice) and served at a cute little table in the front room. Erika, the lady in charge is the cutest and takes good care of you! For me it was the perfect place to stay a week and feel right at home. I would definitely go there again!

Hightly recomended!!!

Pros: The most nicest point was owner Riliana!!! She was so kind and always care about me. The breakfast was homemade and delicious, and they were attentive to my worries about being in a new place. What left a particular impression on me was that when I joined a bus tour and needed to catch the bus to Machu Picchu, she responsibly took me to my destination regardless of the time of day, even though it wasn't her duty. I highly recommend this hotel!

Excelente servicio y ubicación

Pros: La atención fue excelente. La había estaba limpia, el agua caliente funciona bien, hay calefacción y la secadora muy buena. Me encantó la secadora de cabello, finalmente una de calidad. El desayuno servido al momento. Con disponibilidad de agua en todo momento, muy importante. La ubicación es buena con restaurantes y tiendas cerca para cualquier cosa que hayas olvidado.

Cons: Solo al comienzo no me gustó la entrada, fue difícil de encontrar. Pero luego todo muy bien. Estoy muy feliz con la opción elegida.

Pros: La atención del personal muy amable. Muy cómodo y limpio, bien ubicado. Volvería sin dudas

Pros: Mi è piaciuta molto l accoglienza sono persone fantastiche che ti aiutano in tutto, non smetterò e dimenticherò mai la loro gentilezza

Cons: Era tutto perfetto

Ottimo alloggio in centro

Pros: staff super gentile e disponibile, letto comodo stanza spaziosa, super posizione

Cons: Un po' di pulizia in più ma il resto perfetto

Pros: Os srs foram super prestáveis e simpáticos, o quarto era espaçoso, com kittchenette. O edredão era super fofo e quente.

Cons: As cortinas não bloqueavam a luz que vinha do corredor (Ficámos num quarto sem janelas). Saímos antes do horário de pequeno almoço e não nos foi oferecido a opção de take away.

Cumplidor

Pros: Buena ubicación, suficientemente cerca del centro como para ir caminando y sin pendientes marcadas. Acceso sencillo al comedor para tomar mate o café sin cargo. Limpieza del lugar.

Cons: Un poco descoordinadas las interacciones con la administración. Temas simples como el desayuno o la boleta de pago se podían complicar un poco. El techo de la habitación era extremadamente delgado, todo el día se escuchaban los pasos (recomendable tapones para dormir) y -no es culpa del hotel- los vecinos de cuarto eran exageradamente ruidosos y vociferantes (y las paredes muy delgadas). Detalle, el agua caliente de la ducha sale caliente 5 minutos y luego (siempre) durante un minuto sale excesivamente fría y luego vuelve a estar caliente. Llega a ser molestoso pero una vez conocido, se supera el problema.
