Good hotel nearby the centre of Cusco

Pros: Good hotel, bedrooms are of good size, big bed, clean, good bathroom, not far from the centre. Friendly front desk staff, and the breakfast room, has an amazing view.

Cons: Bit of noise from the staff, sometimes very early in the morning. For the rest everything alright.

Pros: The location is good. Wifi was ok. Bed was comfy. Ok breakfast.

Cons: This hotel is not for people with disabilities (no elevators). Our windows were facing a lobby where people was constantly sitting and talking, often too loud. No real light or view. Also, water pressure and temperature was not so good.

Nice hotel near city center

Pros: Suff was very helpful. Location is perfect. Breakfast was delicious.

Cons: They were reparing the rooms and workers were there.

Pros: I liked the service. The staff is very prompt to help and assist with any inquiry. Also the breakfast was very good and offered healthy choices.i had a good time and is worth considering if ever be back to cusco

Pros: Location is good, close to main attractions but not in the small streets packed with cars of the city center. Breakfast is basic but good. Staff is kin and ready to help. Good pressure of water and work water always available.

Cons: The main street is noisy also at nigth, there is a restaurant open until 3:30 am and drivers stop by for a quick meal blocking the street and originating a concert of cars horning.

Great stay, majestic city, and amazing experience.

Pros: Hotel is well located, 10 minutes to the main square. There are plenty of restaurants and shops near the hotel. Hotel offers hot water all the time for guests which is a plus considering the high elevation. Staff is great, professional and kind, there are always happy to help. Mijaid and Sandra at the front desk were very informative, courteous, and professional, they will always have an answer for you. Breakfast is great, all what you need to start your morning...eggs, ham, cheese, bread, fruit, coffee and tea. Brkfst ladies were nice as well. I recommend this hotel.

Pros: They let us check in at 0230 which was lucky because our train broke down and we were supposed to be there at 20000. Nice breakfast room. Standard Peruvian breakfast.

Cons: Shower was only just warm. The room we had booked was unavailable for the first night so we had a twin room for the first night but not the end of the world.
