Great Value Stay at Central Location

Pros: The staff were incredibly friendly and did their best to make me feel at home. Even though my flight arrived very late at night, they were still there to welcome me and help me settle into my room. The breakfast was excellent, and on mornings when I had early tours, they kindly packed a grab-and-go breakfast for me. Overall, it's fantastic value for money.

Cons: Didn't really find anything I didn't like!

Pros: Lovely small hotel in the centre of cusco. We stayed here before and after hiking the inca trail and slept very well. Lovely gesture of a bottle of wine for our honeymoon too!

Great hotel in Cusco

Pros: In general, the staff were very helpful. Room was clean, a la carte breakfast was nice. They even packed us a breakfast when we had an early morning tour.

Cons: One of the staff gave incorrect pricing multiple times for transportation requests, quoting us a lower price initially, then increasing it later.

Great location, safe, helpful staff

Pros: Staff were exceptionally helpful with breakfast, left luggage, booking taxis etc. Location is amazing and the hotel felt very safe. the rooms are comfortable and a hot bath was welcome after hiking
