Good choice

Pros: Great breakfast, location, beds and linen. Supportive staff (they even called our tour agency when they realized we were waiting for too long at the lobby). They kept our luggages for some hours until the check-in and also after the check-out. the shower works fine. The hotel offers a breakfast box for clients who wake up early for the tours (you should consider it as most of the tours start quite early in the morning, like 4/5pm, such as Laguna Humantay and the Mountain of Collors).

Cons: Bathroom facilities are a little bit old. There is a fabric curtain in the bathtub and as it doesn't close completely, the bathroom tends to flood. There is no air conditioning in the hotel, which is not usual for a 4-star hotel.
