Very nice hotel

Pros: Staff are well trained, very friendly and so welcoming. The reception and the lobby is superb. We thought we needed to be here to have the whole experience completed in this palace. The room is comfortable as well as the bed and the pillows. Breakfast is good.

Cons: The bath tub is too narrow even for standing to have a shower. Also the water was leaking out of the glass. We had to dry the floor after every shower. In the second day the service at the restaurant for breakfast was too slow. There was no hot water for the tea and it took them time to fill it, however the water wasn’t that hot. The egg took too long to get ready. There were few tables full of dirty plates and huge mess.

Best Hotel in Cusco by a country mile

Pros: Exceptionally attentive and professional staff and concierge service. Outstanding facilities (spa included). Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we've ever had with live harp music and a huge variety of food. The room itself was like a luxury flat. Everything was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean.

Cons: The shower was perhaps a little under-powered for a 5-star hotel but is perfectly passable.

Wonderful 4 night stay in Cuzco

Pros: Very helpful and friendly customer service throughout the hotel from front of house to dining and spa staff. Everything was perfectly executed. 5 star luxury in an ideal spot in the city. Everything is within an easy walking distance. There’s cafes, restaurants, laundrettes, shops all around the area. Loved the spa treatment, soothing massage technique. Loved the hydrotherapy treatment. Food was sumptuous at breakfast and for dinner too.

Cons: Nothing really except that the bathroom was a bit small and the shower was standing in a bath tub. Also, the traffic can get a bit congested outside the hotel entrance.
