Great for a short and comfortable stay

Pros: Great location, flexible check in and check out to accommodate our late arrival and early pick up for the hike trek. Offered card payments

Cons: Wooden walkway was quite loud with our boots / bags. Sorry if we disturbed any other people staying! Smell in the bathroom from the drains was bad

Pros: We loved this place! The staff are delightful, it's on arguably the cutest street in Ollantaytambo, and breakfast was great.

Cons: Not a negative, but worth noting there is no direct car access to the property so you'll need to walk a couple of minutes up a cobblestone street from the main square. Rooms are also pretty cosy, which is more than fine for a short stay.

Pros: Nice and super friendly staff. Really good breakfast.

Cons: Sadly the warm water did not work for us - bit apart from that everything was perfect.

Perfect little hotel in a beautiful town

Pros: Everything, from the room, the staff to the breakfast, everything was on point. The lady at the reception was super helpful as well.

Pros: This is an excellent hotel located right in the city center. The wonderful receptionist, Carmen, was incredibly kind. I arrived late at night, and she welcomed me with a warm smile and offered me a cup of tea. The room was clean and tidy, with soap and shampoo provided—everything you could wish for at this price. Additionally, there was bottled water and tea in the room. Breakfast was a buffet—not the most varied, but fresh and tasty. I highly recommend this place for a one- or two-night stay!

Pros: A very charming place managed by a family. The breakfast was excellent, and it is situated on a quiet street.

Cons: The parking is not included and the access to the hotel is pedestrian.

Great service, good English but had a Spanish speaking friend with me. Good little shop too

Pros: Had to leave before breakfast was served so the owners made a pack to go so we woodland get hungry

Cons: Not the owners fault, but a party was happening next door that didn't finish until 3:30am.
