Intitambo Hotel

Pros: All was excellent, both facilities and location. Would definitely stay there again. Super happy with the support from the very kind and service minded staff.

Pros: Super friendly and the breakfast was great. Lived the location and the patio outside our room was really nice.

Beautiful views and warm hospitality

Pros: We had a corner room with a magnificent mountain view from three sides and a large terrace where we enjoyed the scenery every day. The staff were helpful and quick to respond. They arranged our transfers between Cusco and the hotel at a reasonable price, with scenic stops in the Sacred Valley. The driver didn’t speak English but was kind and reliable. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the main square and about 15 minutes to the train station.

Cons: Breakfast was quite basic, but there were plenty of fresh fruits and some interesting local options.

Lovely hotel

Pros: Lovely hotel, very comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, and organized for us a tour to perolniyoc waterfall and transfer to Cusco. Breakfast was great.

Pros: The room was clean and had an amazing view. The staff was very friendly. The laundry service worked very well. We also liked breakfast.

Cons: Everything was great

Amazing stay in Ollantaytambo

Pros: The location is breathtaking, the hotel is in the Inca historic town of Ollantaytambo, surrounded by amazing mountains which could be viewed from the shared terrace and our room window. The room got a bit cold at night but they provided very thick blankets. Breakfast was basic but good, with a very early starting time (6am) for those that were leaving on daytrips. We were also able to do the laundry at the hotel which was very useful. Just be mindful that if you have a suitcase you will have to carry it to the hotel as the streets are cobblestone.

Amazing place!

Pros: We loved it all! The staff was so friendly, breakfast was delicious, and location couldn't be better. it was just far enough away from the craziness of the plaza, but easy walking distance to everything. We got the nicer corner room which was fantastic, had it's own little nook that looked out into the town.

Cons: Can't think of anything!

Pros: The location is unbeatable. If you book a room on the top floor (you need to be able to manage stairs) then you have the most stunning and breathtaking views in all directions. You are looking right at the main Incan sites in the Sacred Valley. You are a short walk away from the central plaza with lots of options for food and drink. The staff are lovely and so helpful and friendly. Filtered water is always available in the dining area along with hot water and cocoa leaves. WiFi in room was excellent. Facilities are simple but well done. Breakfast was basic but delicious.

Cons: Bring ear plugs as Ollantaytambo has lots of roosters who start crowing at 4.30am!! There was one right directly outside our room (at back in neighbouring garden) and he was very loud! I felt it added to general charm of the town but if you are sensitive to noise ask for quieter room if possible.

Pros: Staff were kind and welcoming, gave me a heater for my room for the cold nights. Food was good and rooms were well cleaned.
