Comfortable convenient stay with very friendly staff

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, good location near town centre, clean and comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t bad with cereal, bread, fruits and cold cuts. The staff even packed us a takeaway breakfast at 5:30am when we had an early start. Bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious.

Cons: No aircon in the room so to get airflow we needed to open the window and the shower didn’t have hot water on one of the days. The shower also drained quite slowly.

Pros: This hotel was great in every way the two lady’s that run it have been so helpful the hotel room is very comfortable and the bed is supper comfy the breakfast was really nice and the hotel is in a great location within this beautiful town Ollantaytambo

A really convenient enjoyable place to stay.

Pros: Loved the location, and the facilities. The main room for breakfast and lounging was lovely. The views of the mountains - wow. Great service too.

Cons: No windows in our bedroom.

Amazing place to stay in Ollantaytambo

Pros: We had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the beginning, the staff were very responsive and helpful with all our questions. The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed, especially the heater, which made it extra comfortable. Despite our late-night arrival, they warmly welcomed us, and when we had to leave early in the morning, they thoughtfully prepared takeaway breakfasts for our group. They even helped us arrange transportation to the train station. Very kind staff and an excellent place to stay in Ollantaytambo!

Would highly recommend staying here. Great spot in spectacular surroundings, with friendly staff and good facilities.

Pros: Hotel was in a great location, with everything we needed and a welcoming communal area. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We even made use of the sauna!

Pros: Very new hotel, huge bed, clean room/bathroom, lots of hot water. Hotel located a couple minutes walk from the main strip so very quiet. Walter, the receptionist, was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay – great location, amazing host, and tasty food!

Pros: We had an excellent stay! The location was perfect – close to everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. He went out of his way to help us solve a problem with our luggage, and we truly appreciated his support. The food was also fantastic – fresh, tasty, and homemade. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!
