Great staff

Pros: Listen, all I will say is I paid for what I got. The hotel staff were lovely, I have nothing to complain about when it comes to them. The location was fantastic in a safe place. They did have 24 hour security. It doesn’t include air conditioning however, when I explain to the staff that I had a skin condition, they immediately brought fan to my room which was very nice of them..

Cons: The breakfast I didn’t bother going to after the first day it was just awful. I would rather the hotel be cheaper and not include the breakfast. It just wasn’t worth it. The facilities were plastic and the water pressure wasn’t the best and it was extremely noisy. I could hear trolleys being moved up and down the car door at all hours and I could hear everything going on outside.

Very cozy quiet, even though you are in the center of Miraflores!

Pros: We were a bit sceptical because of the bad reviews, but we nothing to complain about. We even extended our stay from 3 to 6 nights. Breakfast ist simple but as it is a buffet, you’ll have enough! Rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is caring.

Cons: It is a bit difficult to air out the rooms properly, but it wasn’t that bad!

Pros: Excelente ubicación, limpieza perfecta, camas cómodas, buen desayuno incluido en el precio, personal amable y preocupado. Destaca Gerald quien se encuentra en el comedor, siempre sonriendo y atento a las necesidades de los huéspedes.

Cons: Todo estuvo perfecto.

Pros: Excelente localização em Miraflores, é possível fazer tudo a pé. Quarto espaçoso e banho muito bom. Limpeza excelente também. Cafe da manhã variado considerando o valor da diária. Excelente custo benefício.

Pros: La ubicación del hotel en una zona muy segura con con facilidad de acceso a diferentes lugares y empresas y por supuesto entorno gastronómico.
