La Luna Inn

Great location, great staff, great bang for your buck!

Pros: We had a really awesome stay at La Luna Inn. Janet and Bernie are very lovely and welcoming and a comforting presence as fellow Canadians that came from the same city =). But the rest of the staff is just as amazing, shout out to Felix. We were given so many great recommendations of things to do and places to check out. It's also very close to Kennedy Park and a ideal location to walk around and explore the neighbourhood. The rooms were really comfortable and clean and it really feels like you're getting your money's worth. There's breakfast too! Great value for what you're getting.

Second Stay, Same Great Experience

Pros: This was my second stay at La Luna, returning after traveling around Peru. Coming back felt like returning to a home away from home. The owners were warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, which made the stay especially pleasant. They offered helpful tips for sightseeing as well as safety advice. On the morning I left early for the airport, they even prepared a takeaway breakfast—such a thoughtful gesture that truly made a difference. A big thank you to them for helping me feel safe and cared for throughout my trip.

Highly recommend

Pros: Everything was good. I like the breakfasts and the rooms. The host was friendly and helpful. I was offered good advice on places to visit and which places to avoid at night as I’m a sole female traveller. I would recommend this anyone.

Perfect place in a quiet street in Center of Miraflores!

Pros: Location, Room and value for Money was perfect, and what really what made it an amazing stay were the kind owners who were always ready to help and so sweet! The room was spacious and got cleaned well every day! The breakfast was better than we could have expected for the price we paid! I can only recommend this hotel for your stay in Lima!

Pros: Incredibly nice staff, great location, very comfortable room and excellent value for the price. We would highly recommend this hotel for every type of traveller - a real gem in the heart of Miraflores. The bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet and well insulated, the shower fab. We had a very early start and they had a packed breakfast ready for us - amazing! We would 100% stay here again. Thank you!

Lovely hotel in the centre of Miraflores

Pros: Great location, right in the centre of Miraflores. Comfortable room, bed was very nice. The room has a fridge and a boiler. There is a water refill in reception. Nice breakfast in the morning. The owners are super nice and always helpful. We had a very good experience and would be happy to come back!

Very friendly hotel in great location

Pros: Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff team recognised us on our return. Great location in Miraflores for Airport Express bus and getting in to historic centre. Delicious breakfast and comfortable room. Highly recommend.

La Luna, friendly and comfortable

Pros: The couple operating the hotel were welcoming and sympathetic. We felt at home. The room was elegant, very clean (no dust balls under the beds), and the best part, we could open 2 windows to enjoy fresh air while sleeping. Extra blankets were available and there was a real kettle to boil water for tea. Breakfast was simple and delicious. We recommend this hotel as it was comfortable and of great value for your money.

Cons: This is a problem with all hotels, not just with La Luna. Ideally, bathrooms should have some task lighting over the mirror: Regular soft lighting everywhere, plus strong lighting at the mirror so you can clearly see your face in the mirror. Otherwise, Room 201 was perfect.

Pros: The staff were great and friendly. Great place to stay, would recommend to all.
